Many perked up the courage and challenged the weather by joining Neshama – Chabad Lubavitch of Manhattan Beach at this years Outdoor Menorah lighting. Not withstanding the downpour adults and children watched Rabbi Avrohom Winner and Dr. Leon Stepensky rise on the “Cherry Picker” crane and light the giant menorah at the Holocaust Park facing the Sheepshead Bay in Manhattan Beach.“Its an inspiration to see the power of the Chanukah Candles, they tell us the story of Jewish courage, Jewish faith and triumph”, said Rabbi Avrohom Winner, director of Chabad Lubavitch of Manhattan Beach.
